“Fantastic accomodation!!!!!” Stayed in Llandudno many times and this property tops the list.... the house was clean and spacious, well equipped and the kids loved 'their floor'. (Top floor had own kitchen and tv) great location for the town centre and no problem parking either. The owner left plenty of tea/coffee and chocolate for the kids. Great to communicate with too. I really can't fault it!!!!! 5☆☆☆☆☆ all the way. Now comes with wi-fi too.... lovely house... the Babb/Jordi's

“Brilliant Barmouth” Not visited Barmouth for many years, but it was great to go back and stay in this perfectly situated apartment. The interior was very stylish and all we needed was there for our stay ! I even managed to cook a few meals from scratch. Beds very comfy and after a days walking and exploring it was so good to return to a cosy home!

“Welsh wonder!” The cottage is ideally located for easy access to all the attractions in Llandudno. The town centre and beach are only a 5 minute walk away (with an 8 and 3 year old!). There is ample private parking. The cottage itself was perfect for our young family. The open plan layout meant the children were free to run around safely. The cottage offered everything we needed, including great enclosed outside space. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, well stocked with towels, hairdyers and kitchen equipment. The owner, Julian, met us on arrival and couldn't do enough for us. We would heartily recommend Tram Station Cottage and if we return to that part of Wales, we would definitely book again

“An amazing holiday” I booked this as a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday. We were all so impressed with the spacious feel to the property, how clean it was and how close it was to the beach. We were able to spend most of the holiday not needing to use the cars as there were so many places to walk.A walk to Wise man's bridge is a must and the children could use their scooters. We had everything we needed in the property. A barbecue could be a useful addition especially for the warmer weather. If you have very young children, a cot stair gates, a highchair,booster seat and children's cups, plates and cutlery were all available. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Very easy to recommend to others.

“Great, comfortable stay” My party consisted of 7 adults and 2 children and the house accommodated all of us with no issues. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The play room kept the kids entertained. The owners had thoughtfully left a little welcome basket for us and it was great to have towels available. The house is located about a 5 minute walk from the main street and beach! I asked for everyones opinion and the only suggestions for improvement were to remove the borders on the wallpaper that were hanging off and a bit of temptation for small children! I would have given it 4.5 rating if permitted! If the weather had been warm there was a lovely little outdoor area. House was very clean as well. All in all, it was a great stay!

“Best caravan I have stayed in” This was our best trip of many to haven having stayed both privately and through haven itself, the creature comforts like having sky (all kids channels) and a coffee machine and not to mention WiFi made this caravan stand out from the rest, even though your out most of the time having those things to come home to at night made it so much more comfortable, the decking on the front made it perfect for the baby to have a crawl around and explore while still being safe, we didn’t want to come home. Thankyou so much for having us, can’t wait to come again xx

“It does what it says on the box” The house contained everything you could need, a home from home. It catered for all ages. A varied selection of local eateries meant you could eat different every night and all at reasonable prices. All this and a sandy beach almost on your doorstep. Perfect.

“Beach Bungalow - A lovely property” We were amazed at the size of this lovely house. Every bedroom had at least an en-suite toilet and basin, but most had a shower too. The wet-room was fantastic - certainly the best one we have managed to find for our disabled daughter on our travels! The bedrooms were spacious, some with a single as well as a double bed; our grandkids changed rooms some nights! The ONLY fault I can mention, is a rather uncomfortable single bed in the room nearest the wet room. The living area is huge, with plenty of sofa space for a large gathering. The pool table was a big hit! The dining table is amazing. It's nice to be able to sit down as one group. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is also a small room with a table, ideal for playing card games, and the conservatory, which our grandsons made into a "shell shop"!! There is a selection of toys for young children to use. The gardens are pretty, and there are picnic tables in the back one. The bungalow is in a small cul-de-sac, so is very quiet, but has ample parking, and is very nearthe beach. I can recommend this property, and we look forward to going there again.
