Since the first terrible review was received we have started to contact previous guests to try and give a more 'balanced' view of our cottage. Unfortunately many of our lovely guests do not have a face book account or do not want to sign up for trip advisor. These are the only options for uploading a review which is very disappointing and limiting. It worth checking the other reviews posted by the guests who wrote the terrible review.
