“Perfect in every way” If you have been searching for the perfect vacation rental on the Big Island, stop looking...you have found it! We stayed in 12a for two weeks with our two sons, age 8 and 12. This condo is gorgeous, well maintained and was stocked with everything we could want and more. Peggy's attention to detail in every aspect of this rental was impeccable.The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything from a waffle maker and toaster oven to all the items you will need to pack a picnic or take a coffee on the go. Peggy provided items I hadn't even thought about but appreciated so much (night lights for the bathrooms, candles, binoculars,Hawaii guidebooks to name a few) The view from the lanai was absolutely gorgeous, oh how I miss those sunsets! This building is a two minute walk to the pool, fitness center and pool side restaurant. We found these facilities to be fantastic as well and the grounds around the whole complex are meticulously maintained. There is a little trail to the ocean that takes you all the way to a beach and is a beautiful walk, especially in the morning! Every aspect of our vacation was perfect and we thank Peggy so much for all her efforts in creating the perfect vacation oasis and the fact that she was always available by phone or email should we need to contact her for any reason. For anyone interested in also renting a vehicle from Peggy during their stay, she met the same high standard in this area as she did with the condo. It was extremely convenient to have the car waiting at the airport for us too-great idea! Thanks Peggy for a great stay and for all the effort you obviously put into making sure all families enjoy their vacation! We will definitely be back!!

“Island Paradise” We've visited the big island on several occasions and have stayed in other properties within the Waikoloa Resort as well as the Mauna Lani Resort. Peggy's Halii Kai condo was by far the best. The ocean front view is stunning and the condo itself is beautiful and well equipped. We love to cook so we appreciated the high end appliances and extremely well stocked kitchen. My husband loved the outdoor kitchen including a grill and small fridge. We ate our meals outside overlooking the beautiful ocean. Everything about this unit is high end, including the mattresses and linens. It was so helpful to have beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment and a cooler available for our days at the beach. Peggy has thought of every detail. We also spent quite a bit of time at the pool. The ocean front location is wonderful and we especially enjoyed the bar and grill. The staff was friendly and helpful, and happy hour from 2:00-5:00pm was an added plus. We ate lunch there on several occasions and found the food to be very good and the prices reasonable. We were on the Island celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and staying at Peggy's condo helped to make a perfect trip even more perfect! We will be back.
