Thank you for the good and honest review. It seems like you had a very good time at the house and enjoyed the area. As you mention Bonnini's restuarant we realise that you must have taken advantage of the extensive information and recommendations that Friends of Tuscany provide. I hope you enjoyed the other recommendations.
The house did receive an award as one of the Best 10 Villas with Pools in 2011. In 2013 it has been completely redecorated again.The tree house has been improved, and the area around the pool renewed. Most importantly, the wi-fi is very good, something which can be difficult to find in Italy.
The neighbouring bulding has been unoccupied for many years and will remain so. It is no longer for sale. The house will remain as peaceful as it has always been, with one of the best views in the area.
