I'm really glad you had a pleasant stay with us and I would be happy to see you back next time you're coming to Verona. I just want to apologize for smoke smell you've noticed, I'll investigate this and do everything is possible to prevent this to happen again, also cause smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. For what regards the extension lead we've yet bought a new one, I fully understand anyway that has been an inconvenience for you and we will try to improve on this side, thanks for reporting!
