“Great View and Location” We stayed at Sugar Beach Condo in May for 8 nights. We had really good service from the management team. They welcomed us when we got to the property. The Condo property itself is very clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Buildings might need to be updated alittle. But we didn't mind. Can't beat the location and how quiet it was. We will be back.

“Paradise!” We just stay in unit #329 for a wee, Dec.5th-11th and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. You wake up to the sound of ocean. The unit was clean, we had everything we needed. It was really easy to communicate with the ali'i Resorts staff. When I booked the room, we talked over the email but everything was smooth and everyone was very pleasant. I would go there again anytime! We didn't wanna come back home to a cold and rainy Portland.

“Very nice place.” Just like living at home, games,movies, books to read. Wonderful walking and snorkeling beach with great sunsets. Plenty of hangers, bedding, towels. Farmers market across the street. Beds were very comfortable.

“"Almost" Perfect” This cottage has so much going for it: •location--you simply can't beat the location so close to shopping and restaurants. •beds--very comfortable beds. •owner--the owner, Mimi, was simply outstanding. She truly loves her town and wants her guests to love it too. She is such a gracious host. So, why is is "almost" perfect? Well, the cottage is situated right next to a garage where they work on cars. The chain link fence slides open at 6:10am and the mechanics are working by 6:15. This is a problem because when we were there in June we had the windows open to keep the cottage cool. So at 6:15 in the morning we were laying in bed listening to tools being dropped, compressed air running, phones ringing. It was very loud, and sleeping in was impossible. This only happens on the weekdays because they are closed on the weekends. So, if you are staying for just the weekend, then you found the "perfect" place. If you're staying during the week, be prepared to be up early.

“Every day felt like spring break...in December!” The location of our livingroom and lanai were perfect for the spectacular sunsets. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including the most comfortable mattress, scrumptous linens and plenty of pillows. Very private feeling while still close enough to everything. The market across the street was a real plus. Going canoeing with the Kikei Canoe Club next door was a special treat and getting up every morning and having a 6 mile beach at you doorstep to go running on...where else on Maui can you do that! Unit 405 we miss you.
