With regards to the parking, we try to allocate most bookings with a visitors parking permit that will allow one car to park outside the property. We are limited to the amount that the council will allow us , but for additional cars we are lucky that guests can park their cars for about £2 a day in the sports ground opposite the house.
We do appreciate that one bathroom and one cloakroom is limited for a house of this size, but we do try to keep the price at a reasonable level to reflect this. However three of the bedrooms do have vanity sinks.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that your stay was not as comfortable as you expected it to be. The house may not be ideal for a family with 2 teenage children as the second bedroom does have a sofa-bed and the living room furniture is not the largest in the world. It is also a shame that we could nothing about the neighbour's dogs, but I am assured that it is very unusual for them to be noisy in the way you described.
It is good to hear you enjoyed the location and that you were happy with the presentation of the house, as well as the heating and hot water. It is just shame it didn't quite work in other ways for your family group.
