Thank you taking the time to leave a review, however, as we were totally unaware of any issues until you handed over a letter as you were leaving we had no chance to rectify any of the perceived problems.It was a shame that you did not contact us immediately especially as our front door is only a few yards away, you had all the contact details in the cottage in case we were not at home and we would have moved you all into Rose Barn straight away.We are sorry that the fridge freezer developed a fault and have ordered a replacement, mattresses are a matter of personal taste but they are renewed on a regular basis.We take on board about the lighting, all the cottages have outside lights that come on automatically but we have now provided each cottage with a torch as well.

Thank you for your review and we were disappointed to hear that there were sertain aspects of your holiday which were not what you anticipated. The wi-fi hotspot is located in the Games Room rather than in each individual property and your information folder would have directed you to the games room for internet access but you are correct to point out that there is no mobile phone reception. Providing additional cookware is something we will certainly think about to ensure that you are not spending too much holiday time on those household chores. We would have been able to supply additional crockery etc. if we had known at the time that this would have helped. I will also speak to our housekeeping team about the cobweb issue so thank you for pointing that out.

“Lovely family holiday” We stayed at dartmoor lodge in August for 1 week, shame it rained nearly every day but that did't spoil our week. The lodge was nice and cleen and spacious and coming back to the hot tub was very nice. The club itself had a nice
“Nice house in excellent location” House had everything we needed. Only negatives I can think of are the dishwasher was very noisy and we were a bit short of wardrobe space.
Location was ideal for exploring the Antrim coast. Would definitely recommend
