I am very saddened to find that you did not enjoy your stay at The Granary. I apologise for the oversight in allowing my neighbour access to paint his wall during your stay. When I agreed to this I was caught on the hop and should not have permitted it. This is a salutary lesson learnt.
On your other points I wished I had had the opportunity to respond to them during your stay and that you had raised them with me when I asked how you were enjoying your stay.
I like to think that I pride myself in ensuring that everyone staying in The Granary has an enjoyable stay and until this time, has always been the case.
Again, I apologise for my oversight.

“Great flat, excellent location” We had a great time at pinewood with our 2 sons, 2 and 6 months old and our dog. Flat is well equipped if a little dated but has everything you need. Rooms are big and there is plenty of space for the kids to set up the

“Fabulous cosy cottage with sea view” Pine Cottage is beautifully situated overlooking the bay of Robin Hoods Bay. The decor and furnishings are first class and all the equipment is in excellent condition, in fact looks brand new. An easy to light log

We stayed with my wife and 3 year old daughter, another couple and their 2 young children and dog over New Year, we had chosen Eller House because of the ratings on here and it did not disappoint.
