Fantastic UK holidays are available at thousands of private holiday homes dotted up and down the country. Whether you fancy cream teas in Devon, vibrant city breaks in London or a Highland fling in Scotland, there are plenty of UK breaks that really cut the mustard.
Explore England and its varied landscape – spend your break in a charming Cotswold cottage or visit the Lake District or the Norfolk Broads. In Wales, book a city break in Cardiff or Swansea, test out your surfing skills on the Gower or find out why so many fall in love with Snowdonia and Anglesey.
Go to Scotland to join the crowds at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Military Tattoo. You could take to the slopes in Aviemore or get back to nature on the Isle of Skye. Northern Ireland has plenty to tempt the traveller too: visit Belfast, the walled city of Derry or see the natural beauty of the Fermanagh Lakelands.

It's nice to hear you thought the lodge was lovely, although sorry to read that you feel you have been mislead around the wifi. On our advertisement we only have the option to say 'yes/no' to wifi being available, and wifi is available, it is just supplied through the estate themselves at a very small cost. The price for your stay would not have been any different based on the availability or quality of wifi. What we can do is add some notes to the text in our advertisement to make it clear that the wifi is purchased through the estate on arrival so that is clearer to guests in future.
The hotel are usually really helpful when it comes to resolving issues and I would hope they refunded you for the cost of the wifi if it wasn't working for you. We ourselves would've been happy to assist had you contacted us during your stay.
Once again apologies that the quality of the wifi impacted your stay at the lodge.
