“The most relaxing and beautifull country holiday .” Massimo was ever freindly and helpfull he has a lovely warm family ,ideal hosts .The home was simple and comfortable with stunning views and a large ,clean, pool.We found it a very central location as soon as we had our bearings going as far as Rome or Florence on a day trip no trouble but our favourite place was Cortona.Going in august we found it a little too warm on a couple of days but the pool came to our rescue .Look forward to returning some day

“Postcard perfect setting and views!” My husband and I rented La Ginestra for one week in October. It was a perfect choice for us--size of the house, its location, amenities, and the incredible vistas from every window and door. We felt that in choosing La Ginestra we had a real Tuscan experience, as the town is very "untouristy" and genuine. We loved shopping in the local stores, sipping coffees and wine at the local bar/terrace, and feeling like locals for one week. Richard has done an outstanding job of furnishing the lovely house, providing lots of local information, and responding to us in a timely manner. Maruizio, the caretaker, was a joy to meet and a wonderful source of more information. We highly recommend La Ginestra!

“Fantastic Experience” The whole experience of staying in the middle of Chianti for a week was exceptional. Mila was a very welcoming host and provided plenty of background to the history of Chianti and Albola. There was a well prepared list of recommendation on local attractions, restaurants, and activities. The Albola Suite was very appealing in luxury features, unfortunately the weather was a little cool for Aussies to use the swimming pool. Mila provided pre arrival advice on my concerns on driving on the right hand side of the road for the first time ever. We visited most of the local hill top towns, the people of Chianti were much friendlier than, Venice, Como or Milan. It was quite sad leaving Albola and Chianti.

“Rustic charm and warm hospitality” We stayed at Podere Patrignone in the fall of 2011 and sincerely hope to go back again one day. It is just the sort of Tuscan holiday we dreamed of. Very authentic, full of rustic charm, a gorgeous location, and Simon and Verity were extremely warm and welcoming hosts. All the Tuscan villages we wanted to visit were within easy driving distance. If you stay here be sure to take part in the dinner that Verity cooks for all the guests - usually offered once a week. It was great fun and the food was fantastic. They also sell their own olive oil which is the best we have ever tasted. We really can't imagine staying anywhere else in Tuscany that could be nicer than this.
