“Beautiful and well equipped apartment with genuinely stunning views.” Our Holiday started when we walked out of the airport and immediately saw a driver waiting with our names on a card. He transported us to the boat and made sure we had everything we needed before he left. The boat ride over to the resort was lovely and on arrival we were taken up to the apartment by car, and given the keys. The apartment was every bit as lovely as the pictures we'd seen and the view was stunning, a genuine wow! From flawless arrival right through to our last day we enjoyed every moment. We had originally expected to use the apartment and resort as a base for wider exploring, but we found everything we needed in and around the resort. The apartment itself has everything you might need and there are numerous pools dotted about the resort. Three of the pools are very close to the apartment and we managed to find a pool to ourselves every day we stayed (it was mid Sept so can't say that would be the case in peak season) We enjoyed occasional trips on the boat to Gulluk but mostly spent our days in the pools and on the beach. There's a small beach on the resort proper which is pleasant enough, but we found a better one about a 15 to 20 minute walk away. It's below the Villas you can see from the apartment balcony, immediately to the right of the resort. Harry, the apartment owner, was very helpful and provided all the information we wanted before travelling and even when we phoned him once while we were there. There were parts of the resort complex that have't been completed yet, but as promised by Harry, everything we needed was finished, and there was no work going on anywhere during our stay. (Apparently they can only actually work during the off season) We can happily recommend this apartment and the resort, and we hope to go back ourselves. G & M

“Wonderful holiday packed with adventure” We were very fortunate to be on holiday at the same time as the owners. Our holiday was arranged by the owners with great detail and consideration , including car hire for two weeks. It was faultless from the moment we arrived at the airport to the day we returned. The apartment is beautiful, well furnished and very clean on arrival with unbeatable Sea view and surroundings from the roof terrace. As this was our first independently planned holiday, we were a bit concerned. All our worries were put to rest as soon as we met the owners who very kindly allowed us to accompany or follow them around. In the days that followed we drove all around the peninsula visiting Milas, Torba, Gumsluc, Yalikavak, Turgutreis (with many shops), Guvernsillick (for fresh bakery products) and frequent visits to Bodrum for lots of shopping. All these villages have unique qualities with sea front fish restaurants (reasonably priced) and dinning there with sunsets is a rare luxury. We hired a boat all to ourselves at the nearby village of Bogicci and spend a memorable day at sea, swimming in beautiful warm water coves/beaches and lunch and Turkish tea provided on board. We booked a 2 day excursion trip to Ephesus and Pamukkale from Bodrum which is an unforgettable experience. Other days were spend on the resort swimming regularly in the pool below, and some of us using the Gym and Health Suite facilities at Flamingo and Royal Height. We spend hours on the pleasant balcony overlooking the pool, with views of the mountains and stunning Sunsets. Considering we were eating out most of the time and had the opportunity of having some meals at the Clubhouse restaurant, Royal Heights, the Sunset Cafe. All the meals were very tasty and good value in breathtaking surrounding views with acceptionally friendly, helpful staff. It was a wonderful holiday, we did more than we anticipated and are grateful to the owners for making it so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely recommend booking through the owners for a stress free and comfortable holiday. The location and condition of the apartment is excellent for all purposes.

“Excellent Apartment, Excellent Location, Beautiful Views” I stayed for 10 days with my partner and two friends. The apartment was far better than I could have imagined, spacious, well equipped and well presented. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need if you wanted to cook a proper meal. The bedrooms are big with plenty of storage space and the en-suite in the master bedroom is very handy. Two patio areas overlooking the bay make a lovely place to sit and take it all in. The resort itself has everything you need and has the benefit of being 5 minutes away from Turunc centre which has a great choice of restaurants, shops and a lovely beach. Overall a fantastic holiday, can't wait to go back!

“Excellent holiday” Apartment was large very clean and well furnished resort was of a high standard and well kept. No fighting for sunbeds plenty to go around, local cafe bars were reasonably priced. I would recommend both the apartment and resort. If travelling in large groups there are apartments next door to each other for rent.

“Wow - what a fantastic place for a holiday” This villa is lovely. It is so spacious, has a clean, bright and modern interior and there are wonderful views over the bay towards Kalkan with the mountains behind. We loved the enormous veranda which meant we could happily spend time relaxing at home if we didn't want to go out. The facilites at Patara Prince are some of the best we have encountered with lovely landscaped terraces, large swimming pools, including a kiddie pool and two restaurants. There was even a minibus that stopped right outside the villa to take us up and down from the pool area. If you want to eat out in Kalkan there are so many numerous really good restaurants (all outside) and Kalkan is a fun place to walk around daytime or evening. We hired a car so we could see the countryside (wonderfull scenery), visit Roman ruins and local villages and there is a fantastic beach a short drive away that is a must visit - you can get there by taxi if you don't have your own transport. We love it there and will be going for the fifth time later this year.
