“Very friendly and helpful owners; lovely apartment” We had a great time in Diana and Alberto's Rome apartment. They could not have been more helpful and the apartment itself was ideal for seeing Rome - one easy tram-ride away from the centre. The apartment is located in a quiet block and is beautifully decorated and was very clean. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay: the air-conditioning was particularly welcome during a very hot fortnight. As was the excellent gelatino at the top of the road! Art Deco decadence in beautiful Rome

The location of this apartment is great. We walked to most of the major tourist areas, not a short, walk 30 minutes or so, but when the sun is out it's best to explore on foot! The area of Trastevere has everything you need, shops etc and the most wonderful selection of restaurants and bars about a 10 minute walk away. We felt like we were staying in proper Rome without being in the centre of the tourist traps. The apartment is perfect. We were a group of 8 and we had a lot of space. I've never stayed in an apartment that has its own library, my friends back home are very jealous! The furniture and fittings are antiques, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. As for the host, although I sadly never got to meet Flaminia, her communication up to and during our stay was brilliant and friendly. If you're flying into Ciampino, book her transfer offer, its cheaper than organising it yourself and is friendly and efficient. Her dad (I think) greeted the first group of us that arrived and he was incredibly helpful. On our first morning he knocked on the door with a delicious selection of pastries, a really lovely extra touch. If I go back to Rome in a big group, I will without hesitation book this apartment, it was perfect and we were all sad to leave. In Trastevere: In Rome as the Romans
Fantastic apartment, excellent location, super helpful owner.

Fantastically equipped, comfortable and exceptionally clean apartment in a wonderful location surrounded by excellent, reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. All amenities on the doorstep including a super cafe literally steps from the apartment door for excellent coffees and breakfast. The apartment, although situated in a beautiful, vibrant and lively area, is very peaceful at night. We used the number 8 tram which is only a short stroll away to access central Rome but also walked into the city with no problem as so much is accessible on foot. Bruno, the owner, was so helpful from the initial booking and throughout our stay with superb communication. We were greeted and warmly welcomed by Loretta who lives in the same block so help is always at hand if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the apartment when visiting Rome again. … see more

Lovely apartment, perfectly located

The apartment is a gem and perfectly located for us near Ponte Sisto in Trastevere, between our favorite coffee bar (Checco) and pub (Pimm'sGood). Although we had some issues with water temperature while work was presumably being done in the building, all amenities were as promised and Massimo was extremely helpful and responsible. … see more

Best location for a Rome visit

We stayed in the apartment in the second week of July during the festivities in Trastevere. Via della Lungaretta is a radiant street with a flea market, stands and many local Romans mixed with tourists. The Area around the Santa Maria in Trastevere is in our mind the best area to stay in Rome. Many small restaurants, terraces and shops and best of all, within a 10 minutes’ walk you are in ancient Rome with all the highlights. During our stay the temperature was around 38 degrees Celsius, so very hot. Luckily the apartment has air conditioning, so we could cool down after a busy day, and get ready for dinner. Unfortunately the airco was only in the living room and its capacity was not enough to cool the complete apartment. On average: the apartment is very good and recommendable. … see more

I won't ever find anything better

My entire experience has been just perfect. The neighborhood was excellent, well connected, and well served by local businesses, including an excellent open-air market. But, on top of everything, I want to say that my relation with the owner has been just fantastic, she was always available to listen to us and help us with any difficulty, we easily became friends, and I will do my best to suggest this apartment to anybody else looking for an unforgetable experience in Rome. … see more

We loved it!

We spent a weekend in Rome in November and our stay in JAZZ style home was everything we ever hoped it would be. The owner was helpful and met us at the property at the arranged time during check in. He explained to us how everything was supposed to work in the property and gave us some extra tips. The property is within walk-in distance the Trastevere, around 15 mins walking and there is also a bus stop just next to the property which is very convenient. You will find a coffee shop as soon as you come out the property. Pastries and cappuccinos are amazing! We had breakfast there every morning, it was so convenient! Everything was clean and tidy.
