“Had a fantastic holiday staying at Mutton Barn. Wonderful accomodation” Mutton Barn is a beautiful place to stay. The location is fantastic with spectacular views out of every window. The Barn is equipped to a very high standard with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 10 of us stayed and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Paul was really helpful and we would definitely hope to return in the future. Thank you for a great holiday!

“Very peaceful stay on the banks of a quiet river near Stratford.” A very nice corner location on a peaceful, quiet holiday site, adequate parking for my car and good security. The surroundings are a beautiful wide river avon and typical country farmland with cattle, birds and the swans of course. The rental is situated on the banks of the river and local walks are interesting, a boat ride to Stratford and back is available across the bridge, 5 minutes away. I regularly had meals out on the private front deck watching the ocassional small boat go by as a few keen fishermen sat on the banks of the river. The site is quiet and peaceful with trees and hedges skirting the site parimeter nearby, you can look out the window of the lodge and see the cows and sheep grazing in the next field. The adequate accomodation and the closeness of the site to Stratford itself, makes this a definite must for any holiday guest wanting true relaxation and to also experience the fascinating beauty of the Midlands countryside. Nearby Stratford has everything, shops, great restaurants, museums, theatre, pubs and walks along the beautiful river, all this only about three miles from the site. Accomodation in the lodge is neat, modern, tidy, comfortable and clean, the kitchen excellent for cooking and adequate for entertaining guests of visiting family or friends. I enjoyed my stay very much and plan on returning soon.

“Bliss” I first stayed here with family in 2007 and we've been back every year (apart from 1). I have only positive things to say about River Haven lodge. The lodge has everything and more that you could need for your stay. The owners are extremely welcoming and there is always cake and a bottle of wine for your arrival :0) It’s close to the town which is lovely in itself but we were just as happy to sit out on the decking (weather permitting) and watch the world go by. I would recommend the lodge to anyone and I hope to go back again next year.

“Very cosy and comfortable!” Sarah, our host, was very welcoming and attentive during our weeks stay. The accommodation was stylish, spacious and well equipped and the under floor heating ensured that we were always warm and comfortable despite the grim weather outside. The cottage is well placed for Stratford and visiting surrounding villages and towns such as Warwick and Leamington. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area and recommend it to others without hesitation. Thank you Sarah for your kind attention during our stay.
