“An idyllic retreat with easy access to the surrounding area and attractions.” Met by Isabel who showed us around her lovely accommodation. Very clean, child friendly and relaxing. Views were lovely, even went for a walk around the next door Nature Reserve. Ideal place if your looking for peace and chill out time. Handy travel distance to nearby Leek and other local attractions as we were down for our Son's Graduation. Would definitely book again in the near future when back down. Thank you.

“Family celebration” Nice welcoming touches of a bottle of wine and chocalates. Nice rooms clean and to a high standard. Fantastic pub in the village which is only a couple of mins walk. Lots of space and if any problems the owners are on site to help. It would have been nice if the grass in front of the house had of been cut so that the kids could have had a game of cricket or football.

“Wonderful property” This was a wonderful property ideal for what we wanted it for which was a pre-Christmas family gathering. It was spacious, well kept, and equipped with everything we needed. I particularly liked the huge lounge and open fire. The owners were friendly and helpful. There was a local shop and pub and it was close enough to everything the Peak District has to offer. We had a lovely weekend.

“chilled out relaxed fun times!” the house is lovely and the grounds are tidy and well presented, there was ample parking and it snowed when we were there and the steep driveway was gritted. The bathrooms were very clean as were all the living spaces. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was clean and well supplied with disehes plates pans etc! it was lovely all sitting chatting round the fire and there was planty of seating for all 10 of us! We would book again and are looking into going back there this year!

“A lovely cottage, very helpful owners and a beautiful spot.” We received a lovely friendly welcome on arrival from the owners. The cottage was well appointed and very clean, with lots of amenities and in a beautiful location. Plentiful parking space. We were able to walk to several local attractions including the village pub for some meals and Titesworh Water for walks etc. The views were magnificent. The facilities wre brilliant so we could cook our own meals and in this cold weather the house was so warm. .
