“Perfect cottage which ticked all the boxes” This cottage looked good in every way in the advert and it didn't disappoint. Traditional cosy feeling with a good attention to detail. Comfortable furniture and clean throughout, the cottage was a pleasure to come back to every evening. Dogs are well catered for with an enclosed garden and plenty of walking in the surrounding countryside. The walk through the fields down to Porthgain is rewarded with a drink at the Sloop Inn . The food we had there was also good. This cottage is ideal for exporing the Pembrokeshire coast with St Davids just down the road . Whitesands is a fantastic beach but doesn't allow dogs on the beach during the summer months and there is a charge for parking. There's good walking up to St Davids head though. We also liked the numerous small coves around this area. Very unspoilt and quiet. Fantastic cottage, good location and we hope to return some day in the future.
