“WOW factor” The villa is stunning. No expense has been spared - beautiful bathrooms, living rooms, gardens, terraces, everything! The photos are REAL! We went as a big family and had every room and bed full - but we didn't feel as though we were on top of each other as there was plenty of space. The housekeeper, Naomi, was wonderful. She couldn't do enough for us. She kept the villa and all outside areas clean- even did our washing. She added a real feeling of luxury as we were well looked after. We catered for ourselves but she did make us one lunch and we weren't disappointed. We spent so much time indoors because the villa was so lovely- but there are some beautiful beaches walking distance away. The nearby restaurant/bar strip is very busy and touristy- but you can get a good meal, shopping and even visit a Chinese bazaar if you fancy. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to visit Cabo Roig. A beautiful, well equipped and luxurious villa that is perfect for a big group.

“Lives up to its name - Lovely apartment!” Ideally situated as it so close the beach and restaurants. There are a couple of supermarkets in the locality which stock everything you might need. The apartment is very clean and has been thoughtfully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The balcony is perfect to sit and relax, watching the boats on the nearby canal. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely like to return.

“Excellent welcome and very comfortable apartment in easy reach of sights and eating places in city” Although streets approaching property are narrow and not very car friendly, Alejandra greeted us warmly, took us to parking place nearby and explained apartment and nearby sights clearly. She also checked everything was ok the next day. All facilities are good; rooms are light and spacious apart from kitchen but this cleverly opens into main seating area. We walked to Alcazar in 25 minutes.

“Lovely apartment” This is a lovely apartment, spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms. Clean and well appointed. Central air conditioning kept the whole apartment at a perfect temperature. The terrace is huge and gets the sun all day being ideal for relaxing if you don,t feel energetic with the added bonus of an outside shaded area to take a break from the sun(or rain ha). Magda the owner was on hand if we needed anything and nothing was too much trouble.There is a short incline up to the apartment but it's no real problem. Great holiday.

“Lovely modern spacious apartment.” Beautiful apartment in a nice and quiet location, but only a short walk to shops bars and the beech. Quick and reassuring communications with the owner from the outset. Apartment has recently been modernised to the highest standard. Nice to see wifi included in this day and age.
