“Lovely modern spacious apartment.” Beautiful apartment in a nice and quiet location, but only a short walk to shops bars and the beech. Quick and reassuring communications with the owner from the outset. Apartment has recently been modernised to the highest standard. Nice to see wifi included in this day and age.

“Definitely coming again!” Absolutely top notch accommodation. Very well equipped even some surprising extras like cling film and foil. Great location, near to the beach and restaurants and shops but enough distance to enjoy ourselves without disturbance.

“Would give more than 5 if I could” We were in Lanzarote for our wedding and supposed to be staying in a different villa booked through a different company. On arrival the villa had issues and we could not stay there, they couldn't offer a suitable replacement. We felt homeless. After searching the net, we found this villa. Tamara the owner was absolutely amazing, a really quick response back to me. Tamara got the ball rolling with her team and by that afternoon we were settled in. Rosy the housekeeper was an absolute gem, a really nice lady and so hard working. Made everything spot on for us. The villa itself is superb, an amazing amount of space inside and out. I totally agree with previous reviews on the description of the villa. We had no issues during our stay and Tamara kept in touch with the occasional whatsapp just to make sure everything was okay. We cannot thank you guys enough for what you did, and for saving our wedding plans. Would definitely stay again. Many thanks Tamara and her team.

“Wonderful” We found the accommodation perfect. We couldn't find fault with anything but the pool table wasn't in working order. The bedrooms were plentiful and spacious as were the bathrooms. The pool expansive and clean as was the jacuzzi. Fully equipped kitchen and gardens well kept. Plenty of things fothe kids to do and lots of toys for the pool. It is quiet and yet close enough to the town, about a -% minute walk away. We shall return

“Fab 2 weeks” On arrival we was impressed the welcome pack is fantastic we have had villa's before and never had a pack like it they had thought of all the bits you would be grateful off especially arriving late evening as we did.. The villa is really spacious and it's very clean..The garden area is great and it has so much more space than you think.. The beds was comfy which helps.. Great terrace area to sit on and the shutters and fans was a bonus as the villa was really cool.. Lee who maintains the villa and pool was superb he was really helpful and the fresh bedding and clean towels 1 week in was lovely..We would definitely come back to this villa and recommend, we didn't get a car as we like walking and the marina is less than 10mins walk and we walked the back road to the town and that took no longer than 20mins and our boys 14 and 10 was happy to do this... Gutted to be home thanks for helping us have a fab holiday

“Excellent villa holiday.” We had a fabulous week in this lovely villa. Great location for Marina Rubicon and easy walk to town also. Near lots of super restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend.

“Villa in Tamaragua, Fuerteventura” Can't fault this villa - it had all the facilities that anyone could want, and it was very well presented and spotlessly clean. The owners were very responsive to queries before our holiday, and during the holiday we had access not just to the owners, but also to the local person who looked after the villa - who was also responsive. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa, and we hope to be able to return ourselves in the future.

“Fantastic accommodation and everything you could ask for in a holiday” Me and my family have been coming to imperial park for the last 10/11 years since my children were very young. We have often tried other areas of Spain and other countries, but have always wished we were back in Calpe. It has views to die for, I have to say a tearful goodbye to that every year. The resort is fantastic and has everything for families; very safe, great kids clubs for different ages and all included in the price. The pools are fantastic. There's even a spa for a small fee extra. The villa itself has everything you could need and the wifi was certainly a hit with my two teenage daughters! We have booked again for next year already and are so pleased we found Tracy and Neils villa to rent as we love it there.

“in one word- FANTASTIC-” Villa was exactly as shown, everything catered for, kitchen really well equipped. could not fault anything.... a bit of a stroll to town, walked down got taxi back, plenty of places to eat and drink. locked ourselves out on the Sunday night rang Jason from the management team and he arrived within 10 minutes and let us in. will definitely be returning. thanks for a great holiday
