“Outstanding apartment with a million dollar view” Room " 2205 Tower 2" Booking a private apartment definitely had the personal touch, although we were a little skeptical at first. When we arrived, the apartment exceeded our expectations, with the most fantastic views to the ocean, pool area and surrounding buildings and shops from the 20th floor. As we had a travelling party of 5, the apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms {including the en-suite} and a large family room with a big flat screen television with Foxtel connected. We would like to thank Kevin for his hospitality, and for going out of his way to return our daughters" swimming with the dolphins" DVD which we left behind. This place comes highly recommended for a reason and will definitely pass Kevin's details to others who are travelling to Surfers Paradise, and we will be back again. “Exactly Right in Every Respect” There is little I can add to the previous reviews other than to endorse their comments regarding the apartment, its setting and location. We both really enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the not too distant future. The only thing is that next time I will make sure I have insect repellent with me. The marina attracts tiny biting midgies (rather like mosquitoes) and although they ignored my husband they seemed to enjoy giving me little nips whenever I decided to relax by the swimming pool.

“Great place to stay!!!” Great place to stay. Right in the middle of Cairns, opposite the Esplanade parklands and pool. Handy to shopping, markets, Reef Terminal and tours. Superbly appointed apartment with your own private balcony looking over Trinity Bay. Loved the place!

“Exceptional Experience” We stayed three nights at this lovely apartment and would, without hesitation, book up for a return visit. Wonderful waterfront location. Superbly equipped and spacious accommodation, all in very good taste (lovely mix of classic and contemporary!). Everything works just as it should, from cosy fire to Wifi. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Good bathrooms. It sits above the famous Gables Restaurant - best food in the area - but it is still lovely and quiet. A super base for exploring the Bay of Islands and very helpful owners and management. Overall, a really great experience.

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!” We stayed at this apt for 5 nights- and inquired to stay longer! This is the penthouse apt on the 26th floor of a hotel/residential building, which is great bc a 24 hr concierge/front desk/security team is always available for you at the front desk, while having the independence of your own apt. The penthouse is spotlessly clean and accommodating with all the amenities. We loved the spacious terrace, and it's proximity to the casino, free tram, grocery store...and especially to the 2 best breakfasts spots in all of Melbourne that we experienced- Grain Restaurant and Hardware Society!! Thank you to our hostess, Liliana, for her responsiveness and kindness to us!

“Luxury, Views and Great Location” Our family of four stayed at this beautiful unit on 12th floor for 5 nights in February 2014. Unit was very quiet,luxurious,roomy,modern and clean. All items in unit furniture, bedding cookware ect was found to be all of high quality. The views overlooking Darling Harbour from the balcony and bedrooms was superb sat there for hours amazed at the scenery. At night just lovely views when Darling Harbour lights up. Seen awesome fireworks display 9pm Saturday night. Unit is very central with lots of eateries and shooping centre just below at Darling Harbour and only short walk across bridge to city. Also walking distance to Opera House, Harbour Bridge. Short walk in other direction to huge fish markets was well worth the trip. Sandra was very obliging and prompt with answering any questions we had. Sandra was able to kindly accomadate our requests. Booking was very easy and straight forward. Would definately reccomend this unit to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay, real good valve for money. Thanks Sandra for having us at your unit.
