“Sheer tranquillity” The peace of the cottage and the farm were so welcome. We walked all the well-marked paths around the farm - and across the fields to evensong at the parish church, to the sound of bells. As railway enthusiasts, we had days at Romney and Tenterden as well as at the nearby National Trust properties. Plenty to do, and then return to the beautifully equipped and comfortable cottage. A delight!

“Cosy apartment for relaxing break” This flat in the centre of Broadstairs was just what we needed. My wife and I spent a relaxing week exploring the coast from Dover to Margate and Herne Bay. While we were in the centre of Broadstairs the flat was very quiet and catches the morning sun wonderfully. Two minutes from the promenade, four minutes from the harbour, we enjoyed strolling around Broadstairs. The car parking space is the best amenity of all, as Broadstairs has virtually no street parking. The rooms are spacious for two of us, the king bed was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are functional rather than luxurious! Access is up a flight of stairs from the car parking space. We felt this was a good value, well located place to relax.

“Dolphins Pevensey” We were delighted with our recent stay at the Dolphins Pevensey Bay. Mike the owner met us and showed us around. The property was very clean and tidy, it is also very well equipped. Very nice peaceful and pretty garden, as well as a conservatory. It was lovely being so close to the beach, just 150 yards down the quiet road. Only a very gentle stoll to the village of Pevensey Bay where there are a selection of takeaways, restaurants, a bakery and supermarket. Only a short distance by car to a very large ASDA. Great place for exploring the area, Eastbourne, Beachy Head, Bexhill, Lewes and Hastings all within an easy drive. There are also buses for those not wanting to drive. Will hope to return in the future.

“Superb location with all the facilities” Whitecaps is a well designed detached house located on an eclusive estate. The rooms are excellent, especially the kithen/diner/lounge area with verandah and rooftop areas that overlook a beautiful nature reserve. The sight of cattle, deer, foxes and passing boats is quite superb. The house offers all amenities, with the exception of a washing machine, which might be missed if staying for a fortnight or longer. Hayling Island is small and quite, with excellent walking We were pleased to be able to take 3 dogs at no extra charge, which was a pleasant bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent - and we were made welcome with gifts of a cake, plus treats for the dogs! Overall, it is a place that encourages return visits.

“Lovely Homely Cottage” This lovely little cottage is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Kent countryside. The cottage is very homely and has everything you could ever need for self catering accomodation, two spacious bedrooms, one double and a twin room, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. Wifi internet is also a very useful facility provided for guests. We explored Dover castle, Deal, Folkestone and the beautiful cliff tops at St. Margarets at Cliffe. Also a lovey place to eat is The Smugglers pub, just round the corner from the cottage, great food in a lovely country pub atomsphere. All in all, a perfect countryside get-away break.

“A comfortable oasis in a beautiful setting” I visited with my elderly Mother our intention to visit nearby NT properties. We spent lovely sunny days at Bateman ' s Bodiam & Scotney Castles and beautiful Sissinghurst all within 40 minutes drive. We also caught the train to Canterbury enjoying a visit to the Cathedral where graduation ceremonies were taking place. A visit to The Pantiles in Royal Tunbridge Wells was a must for me. We ended our stay by driving to Eastbourne & then catching a bus to Brighton. The coastal route over the South Downs was breathtaking. Our stay was so comfortable, especially the beds. We loved looking at the rabbits hopping around outside each morning and the birds in the trees. Daphne' s welcome basket was a real treat. We also loved the paintings in the Oast which truly reflected it's character.

“Thoroughly recommended.” A very comfortable, well-situated town cottage. The facilities are excellent and the cottage is very comfortable and spacious both inside and out. Ideal for two couples with each bedroom having its own bathroom facilities.
