Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“A wonderful break” Few days stay at Kate's property, which was perfectly situated, near the beach and a 20 min walk into town. The house was lovely, very well equipped with everything you could want. Very comfortable property and comfortable beds. Kate is an excellent host who responded to queries very quickly.
Would certainly stay here again if visiting the area.
“Great place!” Our holiday was great! The location is absolutely beautiful, the house comfortable and well kitted for even small babies. Our son had an amazing time on the tractor outside and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We visited Longleat Safari Park and this holiday house was at a good location to drive to that too. Will book again and highly recommended!
“Great stay in Bath” Our family group had a wonderful stay in Bath. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The weather was good and we had lots of meals on the terrace, great to relax and chat. We walked into the centre of Bath and back again a few times and it was fine, we thought it would be too steep. We loved the views over the city and enjoyed just wandering around. A very successful family reunion!
“Beautiful house with all the mod cons, in a quiet street just minutes walk from the centre of Bath” Beautiful house with all the mod cons, in a quiet street just minutes walk from the centre of Bath.
Stayed for two nights in April and the house was fantastic.
Two double bedrooms a large kitchen and lounge along with a large back garden. Everything you could want. I would recommend to anyone and would stay there again next time I am in Bath.
“A snug convenient cottage.” Three of us stayed in the cottage over a long weekend. Meredith gave us a friendly welcome and showed us round. The cottage had been pre-stocked with eggs, cereal, milk, coffee, tea and so on. It is very well furnished with comfortable beds. The cottage is on a lane with very little traffic and we found it very quiet apart from the ocassional passing late night reveller. We liked the cottage very much and are planning to re-book for a return visit. It's central location is really convenient (two minutes walk from the main street). The stairs are quite steep which wasn't a problem for us but could be for some.
