Since the first terrible review was received we have started to contact previous guests to try and give a more 'balanced' view of our cottage. Unfortunately many of our lovely guests do not have a face book account or do not want to sign up for trip advisor. These are the only options for uploading a review which is very disappointing and limiting. It worth checking the other reviews posted by the guests who wrote the terrible review. We had a lovely stay having the bathroom and two on-suites allowed us to all get ready in the morning in a short space of time.
