“Lovely house in wonderful position” This very clean and well presented house is in an ideal location with the beach at the bottom of the garden. 15 of us have just spent Christmas here, the weather was excellent and we had long walks on the beach every day. There was plenty of room for everyone in the house and activities for all ages. The snooker room was particularly popular. There was ample parking for five cars and we would not hesitate to go back. If staying over Christmas we would recommend the pantomime which was great fun.

“Spacious and comfortable” Ideal for a family reunion with plenty of room to move about and the conservatory was a perfect place to relax after a busy day visiting Skegness, Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe. We enjoyed evening meals round the 8 seater dining table. Would definitely come again.

“Comfortable with added extras” We stayed here for 2 nights for our first ever visit to Skegness and it was the perfect choice. We've never stayed in a campervan before but it had everything we could need without costing an arm and a leg. The van was just big enough for us all, and the dog, with space for the kids to play and they were really happy to find a cupboard of games in the living room! The beds were comfortable and beautifully made with fresh bedding, although we took our own to save on the additional laundry costs - which the owner was clear about in advance so it was our choice and not a suprise. For those who haven't stayed in a van before we should warn you that they are not soundproofed but the noise from the nearby bar wasn't too bad and it all finished at 11 with very little disturbance from those tipping out. We found it very advantageous actually to know exactly when the kids had snuck out of bed or were still chatting when they should have been sleeping as you really can't miss it when people are moving around - especially excited children! The van is really well situated, walking distance to a local shop for any emergencies and about a 10min walk to the beach which we loved as it was large, not too busy and had a lovely restaurant, ice-cream van etc. Much better than the actual Skegness beach, which we visited too but found very crowded and too noisy for us. We borrowed the umbrella, windbreak and beach toys provided by the van owner for our trip to the beach - Very thoughtful added extras! In the evening we ordered takeaways from one of the many menus provided and on the Sunday the owner offered us to stay longer past the usual check out time as the cleaner wouldn't be in until later which was very generous. Our only criticisms were that one of the couches was a bit sunken from age and use but looking at the comments book on site we expect the owner will address that as she seems to do with every suggestion for improvement - A really thoughtful, caring owner. We would highly recommend this campervan for a seaside break and indeed will do, to all our friends.

“perfect place to stay pets as well!!!!!” Very nice van and in a good location.. not too far away from beach/amenities but far enough from the hussle and bustle to be very quiet on a night time. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again!!

“Lovely van” A really nice clean van , the owner was easy to contact to arrange for the keys as it was a last minute booking . Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again . The weather was on our side so we made good use of the veranda . There's a shop on the site and you don't have to walk far to find a bar .

“Great” Lovely caravan we stayed in, shame nothing was on site but lovely pub around, took us 20mins to walk to skegness centre and weather was hot!
