The manager of the house’s role is to take care of customer satisfaction, the functioning of the house, and its environment. Please note that after accommodating 1 additional person for eight days, with a booking for 15 and the arrival of 16 people, having offered one meal to the group, allowing the consumption of outside meals and drinks (alcohol and soft-drinks) inside our premises, and serviced one available unbooked single room for one of the participants, our guest house was lenient.
Bearing in mind that although neighbor complaints were received due to very loud music at 3:30 am, and the more serious fact that 2 additional people (group of 18 total) were accommodated in a double room for 4 days and that they refused to settle their bill is not being aggressive but is simply in the due process of reclamation. It is doubdtful that any touristic establishment would allow such behavior.
However we thoroughly appreciate all your comments about improving the management here at Keur Mindolo. This decision remains entirely up to the house to make and shall take into consideration the long term benefit of the house. In turn there are certain behaviors that the house shall not allow anymore from clients and our management.
