“Excellent house” Just spent a week at this excellent and well appointed house and cannot recommend it highly enough. Well furnished and equipped and only a few yards from the beach and harbour, the house is a perfect base for exploring this interesting and scenic coastline. Sarah, the house manager, gave us a great welcome and lots of information on places to eat and visit. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

“Exceptional” We booked this property for my wife's birthday. Everything is to high standard and is a home from home. The owner Sheila and her husband Bill are very nice and welcoming. Everything you need is within walkining distance and the east beach is seen from the large window. The beach is around a 5 min walk and if we could give more stars we would. One of the best get aways we have been on.

“Perfect Lodge in an excellent location!” We stayed at Osprey Lodge for 3 nights in October and had a lovey time. The accommodation could not be faulted and was perfect for what we needed. The place was spotless and everything was in full working order. The welcome pack with groceries left by Douglas (which included a bottle of wine!) was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely recommend it to others and hopefully be back one day ourselves!

“Couldn’t wish for anything more!” Perfect holiday cottage - very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need plus some stylish decorating touches. Only a 20 minute walk from town centre (with good bus and taxi services if required). Clear arrival instructions from Caroline and the Welcome Pack was the icing on the cake. We love the area and will definitely be back!

“Wonderful house in a great location.” 9 Duncraig Street is a spacious, well equipped, very clean property. It is set in a great location only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Inverness. The train station is only a 5 minute walk and a Tesco metro is directly behind the house. Clear and comprehensive directions to the property were provided by the owners and upon arrival we found a food welcome pack, a nice touch ! Free Wi-Fi is provided which is essential for anybody with teenagers ! There is a small enclosed garden with patio furniture and a barbeque. We had a great holiday staying in this property. The price we paid for the week's rental was excellent value and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others. Inverness is a wonderful place to visit with plenty of things to do and the scenery in the area is absolutely stunning. Whin Park is a great place for family fun and a trip out to Carrbridge to visit the Landmark adventure park is well recommended, an awesome day out for young and old !

“Fantastic property!” This condo was immaculate! The place included every amenity you will need, from bedding and towels to cleaning supplies and internet. Plus, we loved the convenience to the marina, the bus stops, the ocean, golf course, and town. Elgin, a quick trip by bus, has extensive shopping if quaint Lossie with it's lovely beaches and great restaurants feels too small. If we return, we will definitely stay in the same place. Paul, the gracious owner, even offered us a small room outside the condo to store our bikes out of the rain!

Great for a relaxing holiday and right by the harbour which makes it ideal. Being going to Port Patrick for 20 years now and this is one of the best places we've stayed in by far. We will definitely be returning to this house in the near future! Stuart

“Picturesque Setting” Spacious accommodation that suited our party of three generations, four adults and two young children, very well. The transport into the centre of Edinburgh was easily accessible and reasonably priced. We were able to abandon the car for the weekend! Bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Not as expensive as the centre of Edinburgh and with a charm of its own!

“Great place to stay, all you could ask for and more, definitely hope to return!” We had a fantastic stay at this lovely holiday home. Very well thought out, kids loved the toys and watching TV in bed. The highlight for us was watching a pod of dolphins swim past whilst enjoying the super views out to sea. Owners very helpful and friendly and have provided everything you could need, and at a high standard too. We would definitely recommend this charming holiday cottage. Excellent place, many thanks.

“Home from home” This is my second visit. The accommodation is so comfortable. I brought my son and family this time. My granddaughter loved the nearby beach and was even in the sea. She is only four and adored her “holiday home”— although it was a short stay. My friend joined me for the rest of the week.We dined out a couple of nights and did a few local walks. A very relaxing break. The owners Caroline and Nicola make you feel really welcome and are extremely helpful. I’ll definitely be back! A car is needed to get around.

“A beautiful cabin in a friendly village that we will never forget and would love to revisit.” We had a brilliant time. The cabin was beautiful. It had everything you needed and was exactly how it was described and pictured in the advertisement. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The views from the cabin were fantastic and the grounds were very peaceful. The staff and residents we met in the village pub were very friendly. Callander is very near which we liked as there were many places to eat. Also there was a tesco and co-op for us to buy some messages. I would say to anyone reading this looking for a cabin to rent that you should definitely book as we found it wonderful. Unfortunately it could not last forever and we had to come home.

I had booked it as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday for our family, along with his sister's families and parents. It had great sized rooms and a wonderful cosy living room with fire. It was well equipped with everything we could need and more. We wouldn't think twice about going back!
