“"Get away from it all house"” Lovely quiet area with beautiful scenery and wildlife. Perfect for pet owners. Easy travelling distance to Tarbert and other places of interest like Callanish Stones. Roads are in great shape and the sheep who graze beside them are very well behaved. Would definately come back to the island.

“Perfect coastal view caravan.” The location of this beautiful caravan was perfect! only a short walk or drive into John O'Groats and the perfect view of the coasts and sea from the lounge area. The sunset view from the caravan was amazing and so peaceful. Robert the owner was very friendly made me and my friends feel very welcome and made sure everything was ready for when we arrived, Olga's homemade scents and toiletries smelt amazing throughout the whole caravan. It was a lovely, warm and comfortable place to stay and we would certainly stop here again and for longer. I will definitely be recommending The Fragrant Holidays to my family and friends who wish to visit.

“Small, but perfectly formed” Thank you Fenella for an excellent stay, the Wee Hauf is a very well-equipped little house and the bedroom with French doors into the lovely garden is a very attractive feature, which we made the most of at every occasion (cup of tea in bed each morning). Crossgates is on the outskirts of Dunfermline, but is in a fantastic position for getting everywhere, and is an excellent base for the Fife coast, Edinburgh and further afar. All transport links are within a 10 minute drive, the M90 & train station within a 5 minute drive at the most. whatever you do have fish & chips from Romano's they are excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for a fab holiday, we will return as there is so much more to see that we did not complete during our 9 night stay.

“Cottage” Had a lovely stay in the cottage, great base to explore the area. Very comfortable and the place has everything you need. Didn't find it a problem parking and the location has the beach and shops/places to eat, only a couple of minutes walk away. We enjoyed being able to relax at night, decent size TV with free view and comfortable furniture. As I said, everything you need for a break away and correspondence with the owner was good. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone wishing to visit the area.

“Couldn't be better!” It was a fantastic stay. everyone was incredible friendly, especially Agnes. we forgot to bring any towels. Agnes was quick to the rescue! The cabin was very clean, Agnes came round most days to quickly tend to the hottub. The cabin had everything you will need to make a stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are views of the Loch from the cabin and hottub. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay there again... Thank you Agnes! Al
