“Fabulous house for family holiday” We stayed last week for a three generation family holiday. The house is wonderfully decorated and refurbished , and with six of us and two dogs there was plenty of room . The ground floor bedroom and shower room was perfect for my Mother in law who struggles with mobility . Th stairs would have been impossible for her, The local walks with our dogs were a pleasure , especially being so close to Eyemouth, The restaurant Heathers was a real find for our last night, The only adjustment we would say would be a comfortably high backed chair. The sofas are lovely but impossible for the older generation. On our last day we visited Paxton house and discovered the association with the house - a bit of a surprise. Overall we would love to come back - it was one of our best family holidays. We all realised my late father in law would have loved this house - especially the opportunity for fishing - sadly not to be
