Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Fantastic holiday home” Great property in lovely quiet location, a few minutes walk from the beach
Super welcoming hosts, with a selection of treats on arrival.
The sun trap back garden was a real bonus, and a was great for eating evening meals, and relaxing after exploring all day.

“Sandown 2020” Not been to the IOW or Sandown for many years and was somewhat shocked to see the very poor state of the town and its buildings. Perhaps the new hotel on the front will bring more visitors. Overall we enjoyed our stay our week in the boathouse. The property was as described but in need of some minor improvements, especially the safety, none of the electrical appliances had been tested and approved. No fire blanket in the kitchen and no 'In the event of a fire notice' Extractor fan hood in need of a deep clean.
Unable to use the ground floor shower (broken door) which the owners were aware.
Very poor communications with the owers pre-arrival and during our stay.
“Great place to stay” The first thing to comment on is the owners, they were brilliant throughout the whole process, from booking to the stay. They always reply with helpful answers.
The apartment is in a great location, close to the beach and the roads.
The apartment itself is a proper home, with loads of extras, such as games, books,CD’s and the like.
Spotlessly clean and no need to have any COVID concerns
There was a very minor problem that was resolved straightaway

“Super fantastic!” This holiday exceeded all our expectations and was exactly what we needed. The welcome and ongoing hospitality from the Cripps family was exceptional. Every need was catered for even down to child safety equipment and kids entertainment (books, toys, bikes, dvd's). The Brew House provided a real home from home experience offering all the kitchen appliances and equipment you need for self catering. Despite a lot of the main attractions on the island being closed for the winter, we still found plenty to do to entertain. The garlic farm being a particular favourite (only a short walk from the brew house). A wealth of information and books on the local area was provided at the brew house, and Ali herself even recommended places to visit/dine. We would definately recommend to friends and family, and look foward to retunring ourselves in the near future
“Everything you could ask for” My only reservation about writing this glowing review is fear that it will become too booked to come back again!
A fantastic stay for my wife and I and our 4,2 and 1 year old. Cool despite the heat, a lovely private garden, many beds, wifi and a hundred metre walk to the beach makes this an awesome holiday venue.
