“Spectacular and the Best Location...” This Ocean Condo is absolutely outstanding! The view from the balcony is stunning. The grounds are immaculate! The location is very quiet and peaceful and the beds are the most comfy ever! We loved feeling like we were at home, only with a pool and a beautiful beach view. Beautifully decorated and very well-kept condo. Our teenage son loved the 2nd bedroom and having his own bathroom. When going to the beach, look for the gopher turtle that is resident on the dunes. You'll also see large grasshoppers and very small lizards. Once on the beach, you'll feel like you are on a private beach, since this condo is the last development for a few miles to the south. Across the street from Fort Matanzas makes it convenient to visit (when the government isn't shutdown). Yes, you do have to drive a short distance to get to Old Town St. Augustine, but it's totally worth it to have the space and the peace and quiet. We will be staying here again. My family told me they prefer this to taking a cruise, so Linda, be prepared to hear from me again about renting this condo. Also, I've already provided your information to a few of my friends and they will most likely be contacting about booking a stay at one of your condos!

Saint Augustine Beach is the oldest European settlement in the USA, with a rich history dating back over 450 years. In fact, the city was founded in 1565 by the Spanish explorer Pedro Menendez de Aviles, and much of the original Spanish-style architecture remains today.

With its subtropical climate, summers in Saint Augustine can be pretty hot, but thunderstorms are not uncommon, so pack your waterproofs! The wettest months are June to September, but summer is the best time to visit (even though winters here are generally mild).

The nearest airport to Saint Augustine Beach is Jacksonville International, just over an hour’s drive away.

Car rental is popular and a great way to explore the area, but parking here can be challenging due to the narrow, cobbled streets. The Historic Downtown Parking Facility has over 1,200 spaces, with a flat fee for all day parking.

Walking is the best way to see the city, but the hop-on, hop-off guided tram tours allow you to see all the major attractions, and ticket prices include entrance to the Florida Heritage Museum.
