*Croatia is the country with one of the world's strictest restrictions and measures for infection reduction which was reflected with a small number of the infected people, and the extremely small number of infected people in the area where our villas are located.

VILLA RUNJE is a stone beauty that the owner made with his hands and it offers you to find yourselves in it`s the beautiful, well-preserved environment and also close to everything you need for unforgettable holidays.

The surroundings of the villa are peaceful and quiet with beautiful, pure mountain air, and a beautiful view from the 36 m2 heated, private swimming pool and cozy terrace on the islands and the city Split leaves you breathless.

As a bonus you have opportunity to eat organic vegetable that owner grows just for your use on field next to the property, believe me, the taste of that season vegetables is something else. Owner pics them early in morning while discreetly cleaning the pool and leaves it on the table just for you no charge.

On the ground floor, there is a kitchen ( with an ice machine and espresso machine) and a living room with a sofa bed and a fire place, there is also one bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are 3 rooms, 2 with double bed and one with 2 single bed (bunk bed) and one bathroom with shower. There is a terrace on the floor so you can find your own perfect spot to enjoy in calming environment, or in romantic moments watching unforgettable sunset.

There are two restaurants in walking distance that offers local traditional food, a mini market is also in 200 m far from villa. You have a Dalmatian outdoor fireplace to make a barbecue.

Above the villa there is a mountain trail that will keep you in shape, or perhaps try in free climbing on the path also above the villa.

The owner is growing organic, seasonal vegetables that the owner is growing in the garden next to property and he will provide it for you with no charge.

There are two parking places and the property is fenced.

The owners Mare and Zdene give you absolute privacy , but there are close if needed. Every morning early (until 7am) Zdene cleans the swimming pool and pics up seasonal vegetable from your garden for you, and leave it on table.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send FerieHome (the owner) a message.

If FerieHome (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
