At Glamping & Hostel Jezersko Stara pošta you will find beautiful Glamps with mountain view. In front of Glamps and Hostel we have a garden and barbecue facilities. We also provide Camp for Campers and Tents. Other facilities offered at the property include entertainment staff, a shared lounge and a games room. The property offers free parking. This property also has one of the best locations in Zgornje Jezersko! Each room here will provide you with a terrace and a seating area. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen with a refrigerator and kitchenware. Guest can use shared bathrooms with toilets, showers and also hairdryers. Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport is 30 km away and we can also provide you Airport shuttle.

Far yonder to the north of Ljubljana, where the skyscraper-sized summits of the Kamnik Alps separate the sunlit Carniola from the mountainous Carinthia, there lies a small area of land, entirely independent and embedded in a ring of high mountains – Jezersko.

At any time of the year there are numerous possibilities to spend time actively in Jezersko and its surroundings.

Hiking is one of the most popular ways of spending time outdoors as mountains and hills with numerous paths surround the valley. Here you will find walking and hiking trails from easy to demanding ones, high-mountain trails for more experienced hikers and numerous rock climbing routes.

In winter time you can make beautiful tours as a ski mountaineer or enjoy cross-country skiing trails around the valley. For those who rather put skates on their feet, lake Planšarsko jezero and artificial skating rink next to it offer pleasant skating polygon.

Jezersko has a very diverse geological history. 400 million years old rocks that once formed coral reef can be found around Vrinikov Grintovec, Pristovški Storžič and Stegovnik mountains. These are the oldest rocks in the area followed by some tens of millions of years younger shales, greywacke and breccia.
