It is situated in the tranquil old part of Zermatt Oberdorf, surrounded by characteristic local style buildings.

It is perfectly located 5 minutes from the Matterhorn departure station, and 5 minutes to town.

This light and airy apartment comprises 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin, both south facing), bathroom (bath, shower, wc), open plan kitchen, dining area and comfortably furnished lounge. It has a south facing balcony with a Matterhorn view.

Cable and Digital TV are fitted with English programs, DVD player and free wireless internet connection. There are washing and drying facilities in the building.

It offers a stunning panorama of 38 four thousand metre peaks — it's most majestic being the world renowned Matterhorn, which was first conquered in 1865 by the English climber Edward Whymper. Whether you prefer hiking, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding or sledging Zermatt has something for everyone.

For those that prefer to visit the mountains in the summer there are numerous walking trails suitable for all abilities where you can view the 1'000 different species of plants and flowers that adorn the area. Mountain biking and glacier summer skiing are also very popular.
