Description

Every one says 'wow' when they walk in, the pictures do not do this apartment justice!! This lovely modern apartment is in an excellent location near the lake and the ski lifts. It offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 5 persons and is just one minutes walk to the ski lifts and 3 minutes to the lake shore. It's the perfect location for skiing or summer lake holidays. Free wi fi.

Its also perfectly located for access to the town centre shops restaurants and bars etc. Although in the heart of Zell it is in a quiet area, and has wonderful views of the ski slopes which come right down to within about 80 metres of the entrance!

There is a supermarket just 50m away and public pay underground car parking right next door. It has good travel links, with the train station approx 300 metres down the road and the bus station is only 50 metres distant. The city express lift is just 80 metres away, so you really could not ask for a more convenient location.

The apartment is on the top floor of a modern building, with a lift to all floors but a few steps are needed to access the apartment. The accommodation consists of entrance hall/lobby, toilet, bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen, open plan dining room and lounge, accommodating up to 5 persons.

The bedroom has a double bed with room for a cot,( provided on request) plus a single bed. In the lounge there is also a child sized flop out bed and a double sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for a couple, but will accommodate 2 couples or a family and represents great value for money, with weeks starting from as little as £350

The kitchen is very well equipped with full oven, hob, microwave, sink and fridge, toaster, kettle, etc and has everything you need to self cater.

The bathroom consists of a large vanity unit/basin plus full sized bath/shower. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin.

In the lounge area there is a TV with CD/DVD player, a breakfast bar style table which seats 5 and lots of storage for clothes and bedding for those sleeping on the sofa beds There is also a lobby with plenty of additional storage for suitcases, ski jackets etc. There is a guests laundry and ski and boot store on the ground floor.

The apartment has full central heating and is very cosy in the winter.

This apartment is close to the apartment in Brucker, so can be booked in conjunction with them for larger groups or families.

Ever thought of a holiday in Austria? Here are some reasons why you should! Well, it really does have it all, beautiful scenery, sun, snow, lakes mountains, and tourists get a very warm welcome. There is plenty to do both in summer and winter and it won't cost the earth either!
