Our cosy House is located in the middle of the cell Schmittental, slightly above central Zell am see. The next valley stations of various lifts can be reached in only 2 ski bus stops. You need not far to the city centre. The ski bus stop is located directly in front of our House. Since the ski trail is in the immediate vicinity, you can go with good snow conditions almost directly to the apartment!

In the summer, our House is an ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours through its optimal location. Only 10 minute walk from the Centre of Zell am see and the nearest beach. If you To want take it somewhat more comfortable, is the bus stop right in front of our House.

Wer auf der Suche nach einer privaten Unterkunft mit persönlicher Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin ist, ist hier absolut richtig! - Frau Schlosser hat uns immer wieder Tipps gegeben, mit denen wir unseren Urlaub noch erlebnisreicher machen konnten, ob einen Hinweis für ein wirklich gutes Restaurant, eine ausgefallene Wanderroute oder das passende Schlechtwetterprogramm, sie war immer mehr als bemüht, unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machen zu können! Im Appartement fehlt es eigentlich an nichts, alles nötige ist vorhanden! - Auch der direkte Zugang in den Garten hat uns sehr gefallen! - Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder, und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Birgit (the owner) a message.

If Birgit (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
