Description

In a lovely and pictures que beach bay Vela Stiniva, which is located 2.5 km from village Zastražišće and 17 km from Jelsa, on the northern side of island Hvar, lives family Kokić. Tourism tradition is in our family from 60's, started with my grandfather Anton and grandmother Marija, later continued with my father Mladen and his wife Sanja. Today, with short pause in-between, me Antonio and my wife Ivana, we start a new page in this story with fully new equipped villa Vela Stina, situated just 20 meters from the beach. However, parallel with tourism, with our two fishing boats, professional fishing is our main occupation. In the free time we do agriculture. This means, to all our guests we offer home made wine, olive oil, ecological grown season fruits and vegetables, and fresh fish. Family Kokić in the bay Vela Stiniva posses sports fields for soccer/football, basketball and dalmatian traditional bowling called boće, where all our guests can recreate, as well. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
