This modern apartment is located in the centre of the Old Town in a 700 years old house completely refurbished in 2011. All historical monuments, museums, city hotspots, beaches, cafes, restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets and local fish, fruit and vegetable market are reachable by foot.
From the east side of the house you have views of the St. Donat Church, the Cathedral and the remains of a 2000-year-old Roman forum and a Roman temple. The west side overlooks the old romantic streets, the Church of St. Francis and the Franciscan Monastery.
We offer you a quite romantic stay in an old house hidden inside the walls of the Old Town with all the beaches, concerts and parties in a short walking distance. You can combine fun and parties in night clubs during the night with swimming, sun bathing and visiting all the cultural hotspots of Zadar during the day. It is a vacation filled with fun and culture all at the same time and everything is right at your doorstep. Our friendly staff will give you information on everything you need and will help you organize any kind of excursions, car and bike rentals etc. You can book transfer services, excursions on a private boat or to the surrounding National Parks. Big Game Fishing and parasailing on site.

The Zadar County region
The apartments are located in the centre of Zadar, the capital of North Damatia. The town is situated between Zagreb and Split, and surrounded with small medieval towns filled with historical monuments.The archipelago of Zadar counts 24 bigger and about 300 smaller islets and rocks. There are 4 national parks; Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls, Paklenica and Kornati. It is one of the sunniest towns of Croatia with pleasent mediterranean climate, luxurious Mediterranean nature and rich cultural and historical heritage. The temperatures reach 35° C in the summer with sea temperatures ideal for swimming from the beginning of June till late October.
Zadar is loaded with tourist attractions, from beaches and promenades to Roman ruins and ancient churches. The Zadar Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun are the town's most unusual and intriguing attractions. The churches of St. Donat, St. Chrysogonus, St. Simeon and the St. Anastasia Chatedral are also worth to visit. History lovers will enjoy in Archaeological, National, the Museum of Ancient Glass etc.
Zadar is surrounded with beautiful ancient and medieval towns such as Nin, Biograd, Pag, Šibenik and Skradin. Also, you can enjoy the untouched nature in one of 4 national parks in the neighbourhood. You can combine cycling, rock and mountain climbing, swimming, diving and water sports.
The summertime is the best time to be in Zadar. This is when the Zadar Dream International Festival of New Theatre and Performance Art takes place. Other notable events include the Zadar Theatrical Summer from June to August, the Full Moon Festival in August, Musical Evenings at St. Donat's in July and August, Fishermen´s Nights every Friday and the Carnival in February.
