Secluded 5* luxury villa apartment, with infinity swimming pool , a large private lawned garden, featuring BBQ house with BBQ and spit roast facilities. The garden has direct access to the beach (pebble and sandy beaches) via a private gate, and also features a private outdoor shower. Secure parking on grounds for several cars. Sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor furniture provided. Each bedroom has a balcony with sea views, and an en-suite bathroom. Sunny weather from March to November. Air-conditioning throughout, and central heating in winter. Sunset views every evening. No neigbouring houses within 50 metres.

Very Good

This Villa has so much to offer you won’t be disappointed. We stayed for 10 nights (3 couples) and has the most relaxing and fun holiday. We had a very warm welcome from the hosts Maria and Slavko with some lovely food platters and home made wine for our first evening. The apartment is gorgeous and a lot of effort has been made - all the towels and bed linen are embroidered and the kitchen sticks everything you will ever need. The pool (complete with beer shelf!) is set amongst some gorgeous gardens full of fresh fruit, herb and vegetables. Nothing like pouring an afternoon gin and picking the fresh mint to garnish! The BBQ house was well used where we could eat and relax watching the magnificent sunsets. It too has a well stocked kitchen and fridge. Go out the garden gate and you are on the pebble beach. We all had a chance at kayaking using the family boat which provided lots of entertainment. The villa is set in a stunning location with a short walk to a well stocked shop and a restaurant and bar. You need to travel a little further for anything else but that was fine with us. We took a taxi to Krka National Park, Primosten and also Sibenik for a day - all well worth it. Taxis are cheap so we never felt the need to hire a car. We had lots of pool time which made this a very relaxing break. Maria and Slavko were very discreet but we enjoyed their company and joined in for an evening or two. Maria’s apple strudel is amazing! I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Maria. You will will love it!

If you are looking for quiet relaxing holidays to spend near the swimming pool or go sight seeing then this time of the year is perfect. Do recommend that you hire a car to appreciate the beauty of Croatia. The owners are very welcoming and at hand to advice and attend to anything that you requie as well as offering information on places to see to eat in the evenings!

We had an amazing 10 night stay at Villa Maria recently. The property was beautifully designed and furnished and the gardens & pool area were extremely well maintained and a pleasure to spend time in. (Couldn't get the kids out of the pool!) Our hosts, Slavko & Maria were incredibly friendly and hospitable - they made us feel like family. The views were stunning from all parts of the villa; I miss the astounding sunsets we experienced every night. Malibu Pizzeria was a 5 minute stroll away serving delicious pizza and very good value drinks & cocktails. Great places to visit in the local area; Krka National Park, Primosten, Trogir & Split is only approx 50 miles away. We had a truly fantastic holiday - thank you. We can't wait to return.

Villa Maria is a large split level house by the beach in Sibenik. The owner lives on the ground floor, the accommodation we had is on the first floor, there is more accommodation on the second floor. It was clean, well appointed and overall very good. The owner even made us a meal for when we first arrived. The garden is full of fruit trees, freshly picked figs and peaches straight from the tree ! The flat is fully air conditioned and comfortable. There is a wonderful barbecue to use in it;s own building in the garden with seating for 8. Slight gripes, the TV was all Croatian, Sky or similar would be a big improvement and the Wifi was very very slow. Other than that can't fault the villa. Nearby there is a few restaurants of varying quality, a couple of bars and of course the beach ( pretty stony ) is at the bottom of the garden. Slavko the owner is a very helpful man, he even drove us to the supermarket a couple of times in his Jag and waited for us to shop and brought us back. Unlike Slavko unfortunately we ofetn found that some Croatians view customer service ( that you may be used to elsewhere in Europe/ the US ) as at best a chore. We found the attitude of some taxi drivers and waiting staff to be curt or even rude. All that said Villa Maria is lovely accomodation
