Little fisherman's House with 2 floors comprising to the ground floor 1 living room with sofa bed 3 seater (sleeping 2 people) open kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, plate cooktop 4 burners, Toaster, kettle and all the necessary for cooking.

Upstairs, we arrive at the room with a sofa bed (BZ) with a good mattress (sleeping 2 people) small cupboard and wall LED TV. A bathroom with a bathtub 160 cm, a sink with wall cabinet, a washing machine, built-in closet and toilet.

a mezzanine with a sleeping 2 persons is accessible by the Chamber (under roof: children love!).

In all, the House has sleeps 6 but is sized for 4 persons (30 m2).

The House is located 30 metres from the beach in a small cul-de-sac clear and calm. The whole House has been redone full beginning 2013 furniture, equipment, included bedding. The House is clear and healthy. The heating or cooling is done by heat pump where a House at perfect temperature in 10 mns.

The House is located less than 200 metres from all the shops and activities of YPORT.

YPORT is a small village in typical seaside of Normandy (A 6 km from the city of Fécamp and 11 km from Étretat) located between 2 magnificent cliffs so if you are looking for authenticity and calm, you will be delighted.

Bonjour Madame, Je découvre votre avis avec stupéfaction seulement maintenant et j’en suis vraiment désolé. N’ayant plus de demande de réservation depuis un certain temps, je ne me connectais plus sur le site. A la lecture de votre avis, je pense comprendre pourquoi ! Nous avons acheté cette maison en 2012 avec un acte notarié précisant sa taille de 26m2. Nous y avons effectué des transformations dont la création d’une mezzanine d’environ 4m2. Mais vous avez raison au regard de la loi CARREZ puisque la mezzanine ne peut être prise en compte dans le calcul de la surface. Ceci n’a aucun caractère mensonger puisqu’il s’agit simplement d’indiquer les surfaces utiles. la maison n’est pas à vendre. Toujours sur ce point je vous rappelle juste un passage de nos échanges avant votre réservation : Nous vous disions : « ces dates sont encore disponibles mais la maison ne dispose pas de jardin. nous nous interrogeons sur la taille de la maison et de l’espace nécessaire pour le bien être de votre chien. » Je pense que nous avions attiré clairement votre attention sur ce point avant réservation. Ce passage réponds également à votre avant dernière phrase au sujet de la terrasse. Nous ne décrivons aucune terrasse dans l’annonce et nous vous avons répondu ci-dessus que la maison ne dispose pas de jardin. Je ne me souviens pas vous avoir eu au téléphone au sujet des sacs d’aspirateur, c’est que l’entretien a dû être cordial. Si tel est le cas, j’ai du tout d’abord m’excuser pour ce désagrément, vous dire que j’étais loin d’Yport à cette période, vous indiquer que Didier aussi dévoué et agréable qu’il est, n’est pas véhiculé et que la seule supérette d’Yport ne vend pas ce produit. Au sujet des draps et linges de maison…. une description du bien sert à décrire les biens présents dans la maison, pas les biens absents. Cette information vous a été communiquée par message intitulé modalités d’accueil que nous vous avons transmis avant votre venue. Pour tout vous dire, nous disposons d’un jeu de draps complet et de serviettes que nous mettons à disposition de nos hôtes lorsqu’ils ont fait un oubli ou pour les locations de dernière minute. Sur simple demande, Didier aurait fait le nécessaire pour vous satisfaire. Nous trouvons votre première phrase très dure à notre égard mais nous espérons que ça éclairera les lecteurs.

Why can't I call DAVID (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DAVID (the owner) a message.

If DAVID (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
