Be one of the first to vacation in this new home. This is a perfect spot for a family vacation/family reunion. The home can accomodate sleeping upto 22 people in beds. It is located at 63 Webber Rd. York Maine. Only 3/10ths of a mile from Long Sands Beach, 5 min. stroll. At the end of the street is long sands beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches around. At this point you have an incredible view of the famous Nubble Light House to the left. Enjoy hot summer days sitting on the sand or riding the waves. The trolley stops at the end of the street to pick you up and take you to several destinations in York.

This brand new home has an open living concept. You enter the home to a large kitchen family room combo. The large kitchen has all of the amenities you would want for a home including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and separate beverage refridgerator in a island that seats 4. The large kitchen table accomadates 8-10. Overflow eating is located at the granite pub table which holds upto 8.. Connected to the kitchen is a spacious living area with leather sectional and 55' flat screen television.

The house has 6 large bedrooms plus a loft. All of the bedrooms have a queen bed in them. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bath off of the living area. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of room for a pack and play if needed. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, sitting room and bath with washer/dryer. One of the bedrooms not only has a queen bed but also a set of bunkbeds. That room is plenty big enough for a family of 4 to spend your vacation in. Plenty of room for luggage. The 2nd floor also has a small sitting room that has a couich and overstuffed chair to relax and read or watch tv in. The sitting room leads out to an open deck. The 2nd floor also has a screened in porch that can be accessed by either the open deck or an attached bedroom. The sitting room has a small mini fridge for easy access to beverages while being on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has a large bedroom with a queen sized bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. The other third floor loft room has a queen bed and a full size futon couch, tv, dvd player. The 3rd story also has a large bathroom.

Other amenities include: Central air conditioning, gas grill, beach chairs, bocci, blender, washer/dryer, lobster pot, lobster crackers and pokers, coffee maker, keurig, full size fridge, mini bar fridge in the kitchen and 2nd floor sitting room. full kitchen set up.

We are located across the street from the tennis courts, bike park and track at the high school so there are plenty of activities to enjoy but we are separated by woods so you don't see any of it.
