Seabreeze Chalet is fully self catering with an open plan Kitchen and lounge. It provides comfortable accommodation with two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds. The Bathroom has a full size bath and shower above. There is plenty of hot water and Electricity and bedding is included in all rates.

The Lounge has a flat screen TV with freeview and DVD built in. Dining Table with folding chairs.

The chalet is decorated in a beach style throughout.


Pets welcome, pet fee £25 per dog, maximum two dogs.

Getting around

It is very easy to get around the Island, local buses are run by Southern Vectis and connect most routes between the main towns and resorts until late at night. Services to rural areas operating throughout the day. The Island Train Line connects Ryde, Brading, Sandown, Lake and Shanklin. The trains link up with both Ryde passenger ferry services. The carriages may look familiar ..they are old London Underground ones ! By Car, many of the roads on the Island are very narrow, so please take care. All well sign posted and main attractions are in Brown Signs.

Chalet was very clean and comfortable. It's position close to the beach was ideal for us and our 2 dogs. It's surrounded by stunning scenery. We will definitely be back next year.

I spent the first week of the Easter holiday here with my husband, daughter and dog. Comfortable home away from home with everything you could need. Great situation, right by the beach. I found it very relaxing.

The Chalet is located on a cliff top between Sandown & Culver/ Bembridge Down. The beach is dog friendly most of the way along, up to the main pub area in Sandown. The Chalet is very modern with a very good kitchen area, main bedroom, smaller bedroom, bathroom & sitting room. Lots of other nice places to visit within a short drive, plus a Tesco's & Morrisons within 10 mins. We will be booking again. Almost forgot the Chalet is Dog Friendly too & our Beardie loved the beaches & was welcomed in every restaurant we visited.

A beautiful chalet in a gorgeous location - just a five minute walk from a lovely sandy beach. The amenities in the chalet were good and our hosts were very happy to answer any queries and make suggestions. We are really hoping to stay at Seabreeze Chalet again very shortly.

Lovely little chalet very near the beautiful beach of sandown and its facilities, close to Ryde and Shanklin. there is every thing you need for your stay in this sweet little chalet. Even a toy box for the kids .The chalet is lovely and clean. All bedding supplied just bring the towels. There is a nice green outside the front door for children to play on and there is a lane that leads down to the beach. Just a short drive up the road is a huge play ground for the kids. You can take pets to this chalet which is great for those of us who can't bear to leave them at home. The only down side is the club house on the site has closed down and there is no other facilities on site having said that it doesn't detract from the chalet being a great holiday base near so many attractions.

A cute little chalet, we fell in love with it as soon as we saw it online, and it didn't disappoint. It's well looked after, and the owners really do have their guests needs in mind. The kitchen is well stocked for all you need to live there for a week. Location is great, even without a car. Yaverland beach is less than 10 mins along the coast path, and it's such a nice beach, much less crowded than main Sandown. And the possibility you might find some fossils! Sandown itself is about a 20 min walk along the seafront. There is a bus, but at one an hour you have to time it right. Once in Sandown there are regular buses into Newport and Ryde, and you can get to many places on the island with public transport. In Sandown there's a Sainsbury's or Co-op for groceries, and tourist information is available at the library. Mobile reception was weak, and accessing mobile internet was pretty much impossible on our network, so if you have to be constantly connected, this might not be the place for you. It's a great place to go offline. Don't forget your towels!

Beautifully decorated, delightful chalet - set in quiet setting and large, safe grassed area in front. We needed beds for grandmother, daughter and little grandson, and Seabreeze Chalet did not disappoint. Two lovely bedrooms, and great lounge and kitchen. Bathroom has bath & shower facility. Very clean throughout and everything we needed. The owners pay fine attention to detail. After a day out it was a pleasure to return 'home'. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, and would definitely return.

We had a fantastic holiday. The chalet was beautifully presented and was spotlessly clean. We were within walking distance of the beach and took great advantage of not having to pay to park on the seafront. There is a lovely patch of grass right outside the chalet where the children could play ball games and run about in a safe environment but still be close enough for us to keep an eye on them. The owner was lovely and so helpful in her communications - Big thank you to Liza for a great holiday.

Loved the bedroom with the blue and white stripy covers and the cushions spelling out SEA! The blue sofa (which also turned into a sofa bed) was lovely and big and comfortable too. Nice and peaceful and great for walks and close to both the sea and the town.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
