Oleander Village occupy a prime location on a hillside between the beautiful historic seaside villages and fishing ports of Yalikavak and Gumusluk, both of which have unique charm whilst bustling with activity and offer many delightful bars and restaurants. The site's hilltop position provides magnificent panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets.

This duplex apartment is situated close to the site's second communal swimming pool and children's pool. The main pool has an adjacent pool bar / cafe serving light meals and drinks throughout the day. A Dolmus (shared Minibus) serves the site hourly until 1 am for trips into nearby Yalikavak (approximately 10 mins). Further connections can be made to other destinations from here. The site has 24 hour security.

Upstairs, there are two good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. A sliding door leads onto the upper terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe and access to a Julian balcony. There is a shower room and toilet, also on this level. All rooms are very tastefully furnished throughout.
