House of 146 m2 with swimming pool, fully renovated and equipped . Tastefully decorated to the last detail .

It is distributed on one floor with glazed front terrace and rear open terrace. Large living room with sofas , TV and reading area next to the library and fireplace. Dining room off the kitchen connected to the living room. Open fully equipped kitchen with rustic style and pantry: utensils, fridge , microwave , hob , oven , dishwasher , washer- dryer.

The house has central heating radiators and air conditioning. 3 bedrooms, one suite with bath and shower. The other 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and a bathroom with bathtub. Plot of 1429 m2 in a quiet dead end where you will find a spacious pool area, barbecue with lawn and 2 gazebos , one by the pool and other next to the poolside barbecue. Parking for several cars on the pine front garden. Playground. Cot , highchair and toys.

The property is situated in a very interesting location for its local cuisine and wine .Jalon has a cooperative winery where wines are made with grapes from its vineyards , awarded in many occasions, particularly the muscat wine. There are many shops with handmade gourmet products : bakeries, butchers, wineries . And lots of restaurants .

Celebrations: last Saturday in April : Pilgrimage ( homemade dumplings are made of peas and all the people come on pilgrimage to pick rosemary next day is blessed in the church). First fortnight of August : fiestas ( festivals, giant paella , popular dinners on the street , bulls ). Third weekend in October : October holidays ( festivals , processions, giant paella popular dinners on the street). Every Saturday morning : Open market in Los Chopos on the banks of the river. And do not miss the almond blossom in late February !

How do damage deposits work?
