This substantial spacious detached residence, is located in a leafy conservation area of Wymondham Town. but within a short walk of the centre of town with shopping, banks, eateries and 3 supermarkets (Waitrose; Morrisons; Co-operative) plus all the local independent shops that you can browse and discover whilst exploring the town. Passing traffic is virtually non-existent as Friarscroft Lane is not a through route and is generally only used by local residents. The property is surrounded by trees and the large rear garden is laid mainly to lawn and planted areas. The verandah area and summer house are delightful sun traps as the sun plays on them for most of the day.

The main line train station takes you into Norwich - Gt Yarmouth and Ely -Peterborough - London. The International Airport in Norwich is but 9 miles away and a regular service by KLM to Schipol Airport, Amsterdam, can then connect you to most worldwide destinations. The main A11 route Norwich to London passes adjacent to Wymondham gives you easy road access to Norwich or London.

Wymondham

The property is located in a conservation area of residential properties. Friarscroft Lane is not a main thoroughfare, and generally the only traffic using it is by residents. Set in amongst mature trees, gives the property a degree of privacy and tranquility. The bustling town centre is but a mere walk away and still has a busy market day on Fridays. (Supermarkets: Co-op; Morrisons; Waitrose; are all local)

Whilst we want guests to enjoy their stay at Friarscroft Lodge we would respectfully point out that excessive noise or as a result of any wild party type of activity is not allowed at the premises, just showing common courtesy and due consideration to other residents in the area. Apart from that, you can do pretty much do anything you please, as long as it's legal.
