Delightful chocolate box cottage on the main River Bure @ Wroxham. Recently totally refurbished inside and out. This cottage has a huge front garden perfect for bbq's and family fun or just sitting and watching the world float by. Fishing from the garden is a must (in season) with plenty of mooring space too for those that wish to hire a boat and explore the Norfolk Broads. Ramp access for those less able and also two bedrooms on ground floor (1 twin, 1 double however bathroom is 1st floor) large WC with basin on the ground floor. You wont be disapointed with this house or the location ............. perfect and now relaaaaaaaaaax.

Norfolk is one of the driest counties in England with warm summers and only an average rainfall of 624mm. With average summer temperatures reaching the early 20's what more could you ask for.

This year, early on we had some snow Norfolk is that typical picture postcard, beautiful in the winter too.


The Norfolk Broads is a network of inland water ways. It attracts many visitors wishing to enjoy the scenery, wildlife (especially birds), watersports, beaches, cycling (it's quite flat!) and charm of the area.

Wroxham

Wroxham is situated on the River Bure in the heart of the Norfolk Broads about 10 miles from Norwich and 3 miles from Horning. The family friendly village provides good local amenities including riverside pubs (all serving food), restaurants, various takeaways, tea rooms, butcher, newsagent, grocery store, department store, post office, hair & beauty salon and fishing tackle/bait shop. Fine sandy beaches are a 20 minute drive away.

Opened in 2007 is the fabulous Bewilderwood adventure forest, a magical and thrilling experience for children and adults alike.
