Overlooking the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside, this holiday cottage, offers spectacular views across fields onto the Lower Woods Nature Reserve and the Cotswold escarpment. A super choice for walkers, there is the Cotswold Way and many beautiful, shorter walks around the area, with its tightly packed villages and surrounding woodland. There is direct access into the Nature Reserve from the house, and there is one pub, a café, hairdressers and a village store within walking distance. Chipping Sodbury and Wotton under Edge are also located close by, offering further wonderful walks and views. Poplar Cottage is an excellent base from which to explore the Cotswolds, Georgian Bath and Bristol, and close to the beautiful town of Nailsworth and the famous, award-winning Stroud Farmers’ Market, which takes place every Saturday morning.
