There are two bedrooms at beach cottage offering comfortable accommodation for family or group of friends, whilst the living accommodation also includes a modern fully fitted kitchen, including a washing machine and dish washer, a large sitting room with a double sofa bed offers flexible accommodation for 2 more guest, also includes a large dining area with seating for 6.
The bathroom has a large bath tub and walk- in shower.

Outside the Beach cottage is a lovely lawned garden where you can sit and relax with a cool drink as you watch the sun go down. Whether relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying an al fresco sundowner, the cottage garden provides a tranquil setting in which to unwind.

The Beach cottage is ideally placed for discovering the myriad of attractions that this region has to offer. Why not spend a day on the beach, building sandcastles and soaking up the sun? A short walk from the main town and close to shops, pubs and restaurants, the Beach cottage also has excellent public transport links along the Sussex coast, allowing visitors to leave their car at home!

Worthing is a popular holiday spot since Victorian times, Worthing not only has the sea and lovely beaches to its name, but also spectacular countryside, including the South Downs national park. With three theaters offering everything from pre-West End plays to international singing stars, theatre-goers are spoilt for choice when visiting this delightful coastal town.
For those who enjoy dishes from the sea, many restaurants main dishes are excellent locally caught fish along with other delicious seafood, or why not choose your own from the boats as they land their daily catch?
There is a huge number of restaurants serving cuisine from all around the globe or enjoy the café culture and try some great local food, at Coast Café, 2 minutes from the Beach house and simply the only place to eat and drink right on the beach where you can sit and watch the world go by.

If you're after something a little more energetic then Splashpoint offers entertainment for all ages, including an outdoor pool overlooking the beach on Worthing's promenade, 5 minutes stroll from the Beach cottage. Here you can watch artists at work in the newly converted beach hut artist's studios, play a game of volleyball on the new sand courts, or enjoy the peaceful Denton Gardens.

The cottage is within walking distance to Worthing train station which means you are also only an hour and a half away from London. Hastings and Eastbourne as well as historic towns like Rye and Chichester, are all within easy access. Take a trip to Brighton and go shopping down The Lanes, or explore the historic town of Arundel with its castle, less than 10 miles away. This charming Sussex holiday house will appeal at any time of year.

Take a quiet stroll through the beautiful gardens, visit the Worthing Museum or take in the town's art gallery. Worthing Pier is not just inviting to fishermen and theatre fans, but also hosts the annual "International Birdman" competition, where anyone wishing to try and fly without assistance from a motor can try their luck, with homemade wings and kites offering help!

For those who enjoy the more traditional type of air adventure, only 5 miles away is Shoreham Airport, which offers light aircraft pleasure trips, or just delight in watching the planes take off and land, while you partake in a spot of afternoon tea! The cottage is in the heart of Worthing, a vibrant and beautiful seaside town which many visitors would prefer to be kept a secret!
The town is loved by locals and visitors alike for its charming, friendly and rather special atmosphere. A variety of shops provide everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, all can be found within just 10 minutes from our luxury apartment.

The beach is undoubtedly still the star attraction in Worthing with miles of coastline, cliffs, coves, beaches and walks to rival any in the South of England, and a climate that belongs much further south.

There are opportunities for surfing, safe swimming, diving, sailing, angling and wonderful opportunities to study the natural wildlife all literally on your doorstep.

Beach cottage is a 5 minute stroll to Worthing's promenade, The Dome and Splash Point, a landmark in Worthing. You can watch artists at work in the newly converted beach hut artist's studios, play a game of volleyball on the new sand courts, or enjoy the peaceful Denton Gardens.

Worthing's restaurants, beach cafes gastro and village pubs cater for every taste - from fine dining to freshly caught local seafood or a traditional Sunday roast.


The cottage is close to Worthing train station which means you are also only an hour and a half away from London.Hastings and Eastbourne as well as historic towns like Rye and Arundel, are all within easy access, Sussex has much to offer visitors including excellent walking, yachting and is home to 'Glorious Goodwood'.

Brighton, with its Pavilion and Brighton Pier, famous shopping Lanes are just 20 minutes away.
