Suitable for those who do not mind being off the beach, near to everything. Car is recommended, not necessary.

We are within walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware and sundries store. Fifteen minute drive from the airport.

Dedicated parking spaces. Well established neighborhood. Landscaped surroundings.

Family owned.

The nearest beach is Dover beach ~ 2 km, the nearest surfing beach is 9 km to our east, is Long Beach.
The nearest bus stop 500 m, and Maxwell Coast road is 1.5 km away. The main highway is easily assessed.
We are between Oistins (think Friday fish fry is 3 km away east, and St. Lawrence Gap is 3 Km away west (think beaches, restaurants, shops, and nightlife). Kensington Oval is 9.5 km. Bridgetown is 7 km away.
