Five geodesic sleeping pods with 4 single beds / pod.

Ensuite Shower & WC with 2 extra WCs in The Barn for convenience.

Communal dining area for 32 people and a large galley kitchen to support a large group.With 2 ovens 4 hobs 2 fridges an under counter deep freeze and all your general kitchen requirements including microwave, toasters, kettles bread box china & cutlery..

Large astroturf games area. Can also be used as a party dance area or lying back on one of the many bean bags to watch a movie on the big screen.

Surround sound system can link with most devices to play your favourite music and fill The Barn with your own vibes.

A great base for groups of friends, extended family reunions & celebrations.

Just a short drive from the Atlantic Highway and many of North Devon's attractions, 12 miles and your in Cornwall and some of it's famous surfing beaches.

Lots of activities in the area Watersports, Horse Riding, Paintballing, Coasteering, Fishing (sea & freshwater ). Not to mention the miles of coastal paths, cycle trails and the list goes on.

“Great place for large get together”

Due to extreme heavy rainfall unfortunately we had a few puddles in the main barn, however Derek spent all day with a powerful water extractor getting it all dry in no time. The host Derek was extremely helpful but did not interfere with our stay he provided Halloween decorations for the children. The barn is fully equipped and the children were safe to play in a large space and the lounge was great as a games room and movie room. Will definitely visit again and recommend.

“Perfect Venue for a stag”

This was a perfect venue for a stag or a large group holiday. The barn is huge with loads of room to play games and burn off some energy. We had 20 of us and there was more room than we needed. There is all the facilities you need from loads of games equipment, large kitchen, dining room and lounge that could all accommodate the 20 of us. There was so much room we didn’t leave the barn for the two nights out because we had everything we needed there. The rooms finish is basic but perfectly comfortable and the fact you have a separate toilet and shower per room proved very useful. Derek is really accommodating and the remote location is both beautiful and quiet so you don’t feel guilty making noise. Derek doesn’t mention much about the outside space, which he should as there is a great patio, lawn area and bbq with beautiful views over the fields. So basically I couldn’t recommend it enough for an active holiday or stag/hen event.

“40th Birthday Fun”

We had a great time at the barn. It was perfect for the kids and the big kids! Lots of ping pong was played and the facilities were great to keep a large number of people fed, happy and entertained. Pods are fantastic, disco lights are a lovely touch! Derek was on hand for everything that we needed and happy to take time to explain things. Thank you!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Derek (the owner) a message.

If Derek (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
