New for summer 2016, Centre Point is a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment along Sunnyside Road in Woolacombe in a development called Sunnyside where we manage both Ocean Heights and Top Deck as well. It faces south and enjoys hours of sunshine pouring in through the patio doors and master bedroom window. It also has a lovely outdoor area.

A number of external steps lead from the parking space to the front door. You enter into the kitchen end of the full length open plan kitchen, living, dining room. The sea view can be enjoyed from anywhere in this open plan space and is the hub of this great holiday apartment. The utility area has a washing machine, tumble dryer a 3rd WC and wash basin.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, cooker with 2 ovens, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Plenty of cupboard storage sets off the well equipped kitchen. The dining table caters for 4 as does the living room seating which is comfortable and is set to enjoy the views from the patio

The master bedroom has a 4ft 6 double bed and lots of clothes storage and the view is spectacular. It has a TV and en-suite of shower, WC and sink basin.

The two x 3ft bed twin room at the back is spacious and is at the rear of the building so stays cool in the summer. It also benefits from it’s own en-suite with shower, WC and wash basin.

Centre Point has the added bonus of a lovely private outdoor area situated in the grounds belonging to Sunnyside House where some of the apartments have been allocated parts of the gardens. Although it is not adjacent to this 1st floor apartment, access is from the parking area at the back and round the side to the front and sea view side and is clearly signed.

Cot and high chair provide. Saturday changeover.
