IN BRIEF: Suitable for families, couples or surfers (with ample board store) alike. This apartment has sea views and a south-west facing patio that offers spectacular sunsets. It is open plan and contemporary in design. The apartment feels light and spacious and is perfectly equipped for active or quiet summer and winter holidays. As well as three miles of sandy beach on the doorstep the apartment is situated next to the South West Coastal path which is very popular with walkers. Good, quality restaurants are close by and offer a variety of cuisine. The village shops are well stocked for those who wish to cook at home.
Short breaks available. For weekly bookings in peak season changeover is Saturday.
MAIN ATTRACTIONS: The beach, Nick Thorn Surf School, Woolacombe Riding Stables, Willingcott Golf Course and Exmoor a short drive away with wonderful walks to cater for all activity levels
IN MORE DETAIL: Narracott 3 ground floor apartment features an exclusive entertainment suite creating an additional reception area / space where the children can play whilst the adults enjoy some quieter time. All main areas have patio doors leading onto a large terrace. Stylishly furnished the main living area is open plan and with excellent facilities incorporating the creative use of mirrors, lighting and contemporary art. To one end you will find the well equipped kitchen including a ample breakfast bar. A spacious family dining area lies between the kitchen and lounge. Within the lounge area is a matching chaise as well as the leather sofas all positioned to take full advantage of the views. Both bedrooms are en-suite with patio doors onto the large terrace. The entertainment suite is located separately off the hallway with a comfortable corner sofa and convenient cloakroom. With local pubs, restaurants and the south west coast path on the doorstep, the apartment provides excellent accommodation for the discerning guest.

(Note, BT is the sole supplier of broadband services in Woolacombe and as widely publicised some of the new sony devices (particularly Xperia) have problems connecting with BT hubs. If you have a sony device it is recommended that you research in advance if any software patches have been made available and downloaded on your device)
FYI - there is building work on the old hotel complex next door. Most guests report this does not impact them at all - except it is a bit of a shock to arrive and see it.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. We had a lovely 3 night break. The dogs loved the outdoor space. The kitchen was well equipped, even a bag of ice in the freezer waiting for us on arrival. The cinema room was great too.

We had a lovely few days at Narracott Appartment 3 in Woolacombe. The apartment was everything we could have wished for. Lovely location & views. Ideal for our 2 small terriers. We definitely hope to be back. Pamela the owner was a lovely helpful person to deal with.
“Home from home”
We had yet another great weekend. The apartment is home from home and every time it’s always clean, just perfect. It’s probably our 10th time we have had one of Pamela’s apartments and we are never disappointed. The weather this weekend was heavy snow and knowing that the toads were blocked Sarah the housekeeper messaged to check we were ok and to say we could stay later to allow the roads to clear and if necessary would sort out an extra day.
Yet another fantastic week in Woolacombe, we were so lucky with the weather, the apartment is just fantastic and one can never tire of that view from the patio of the beach at sunset.

Great apt. We have stayed here before and so knew the quality we were getting. A few issues with the building work next door, Pamela dealt with us and these issues very quickly and professionally. We love Woolacombe and will definitely be back again next year!
What a lovely large apartment with everything you could need. Fabulous sea views from all 3 main rooms and great balcony too. Close to bars and restaurants and no disruption from building work. Secure parking close by and Sarah always available if needed and keen to ensure a good holiday. TV room incredible. Definitely will be back to this wonderful apartment.
This is a fantastic apartment in a great location. The website photos looked good but it was even better in reality. Spacious well equipped, comfortable and convenient. This gave me the escape I was looking for. I felt pampered and relaxed and would love to return. It was great in the sunshine on the secure terrace or the beach and also in the evening in the home.cinema. Thanks for a great few days

“Great Location, Well Equipped Spacious Apartment.”
Nice apartment just off the main road into Woolacombe, only a stones throw from the beach. The apartment itself is well equiped with everything we needed for a self catered stay. The large terrace was a good little sun trap for sitting out on and drying wetsuits etc with a great view of the beach. Parking was available although not exactly where expected due to adjacent apartments being renovated, either way it was ok. Some things were a little rough round the edges: exposure to the elements has taken its toll on the outdoor furniture and terrace railings etc. The TV room was a little confusing to work out but got there in the end. All in all a pleasant stay for a bit of surfing!
“Great Apartment in a great location”
We stayed for 3 nights in total. Apartment is great, large spacious rooms with sea views and close to village and beach. The two bedrooms were big and easily accommodated young children on ready beds. The TV room was a hit with the kids, with a sofa bed could be a third bedroom. There were some issues, the boiler broke while we were there (but was repaired on the same day), the lift was temperamental (and is needed if you have a buggy), the lights to the apartment were on sensors, but did not come on (had to locate switches which was tricky in complete darkness as lights went off automatically). We were also not warned about the demolition work and temporary car park (although no noise could be heard from the apartment) . If it had a gate and steps down from the patio area, it would make a quick trip to the shops very convenient. We would stay in this apartment again, probably sharing with family as it really is well located and certainly big enough.
